Terms of Use
What you agree to whenever you use BritList24.
1. Using this site
BritList24 (britlist24.com) offers a few classic games that you play in the browser. By carrying on to use it you accept the terms below; if that does not suit you, please leave the site.
2. What the site offers
The games are provided for personal enjoyment and practice. They are put together from open-source parts that we host and maintain ourselves. We work to keep them running, though we cannot promise they will always be reachable or work without a hitch.
3. No accounts, nothing to buy
There is no registration and no subscription. The site has no checkout and no way for you to be charged, and we will never ask you for financial details.
4. Other websites
Should a page link to another website, that website’s own terms and privacy policy take over when you arrive there. What other people publish, and whether it stays online, is outside our responsibility.
5. Changes to the games
We may add, change or take away games, adjust difficulty levels, or alter how a game looks and works, at any time and without telling you first.
6. Intellectual property
Game names belong to their owners and are used here only to describe what you can play. The games build on open-source software, and its licences are respected and reproduced on this site. The wording, artwork and layout of the site itself are ours and may not be copied for commercial purposes without our permission.
7. Acceptable use
Please do not disrupt the site, copy it in bulk or scrape it with automated tools. Browsing and playing in the usual way is exactly what it is for.
8. Limitation of liability
You use the site in its current state. As far as the law allows, we accept no liability for loss arising from using the site or from visiting a site we link to. Nothing here limits any right that the law applying to you does not allow to be limited.
9. Changes
We may revise these terms when the site changes. The version published here is the one in force.
